Bus Schedule: Thursday, October 17th *Wedding Party & Rehearsal Dinner Guests
Answer
Wedding Party will be picked up at 4PM from Equinox parking lot to go over to Hildene. Will then be picked up at 5:15PM to get to Ekwanok for 5:30PM Reharsal dinner. Rehearsal Dinner guests will be picked up at 4:45PM from Equinox parking lot to go over to Ekwanok. Another pickup at 5:15PM from Equinox parking lot to go over to Ekwanok, if necessary.

There will be 2 buses, please be prompt: Bus 1: 7:30: Barrow's House pickup. 7:45: Barnstead Inn pickup (Please wait on front porch of the Inn). 7:50PM: School St & Bonnett St intersection on School St pickup. 8PM: Equinox pickup. Bus 2: 7:45PM: Hampton Inn pickup. 7:55PM: Taconic pickup. 8:00 PM - 10:30 PM:Return Shuttles as needed from Ekwanok Club to any of the above locations. 10:45 PM: Final Departure from Ekwanok Club to any of the above locations.

Bus 2: 4PM: Barnstead Inn pickup (Please wait on front porch of the Inn). 4:10PM: School St & Bonnett St intersection on School St pickup. 4:15PM: Hampton Inn pickup. Bus 3: 4:15: Taconic pickup. 4:20: Equinox pickup. 9:00 PM - 11:30 PM: Shuttle every 30 minutes from Hildene to any of the above locations. Stopping at Mulligan's for After Party as needed. 11:30 PM: Final Departure from Hildene to any of the above locations.

11:45 PM - 2:00 AM: Shuttle as needed from Mulligans to any of the below locations: Barnstead Inn School St & Bonnett St, intersection on School St. Hampton Inn Taconic Equinox 11:45 PM - 2:00 AM: Another smaller vehicle to assist with returns from Mulligans to Dorset Inn / Barrows House and/or Nichols Hill Rd.

The bus will do loops back and forth, please see timing below. Loop 1: Bus 1: 12:30PM: Hampton Inn pickup. 12:40PM: School St & Bonnett St intersection on School St pickup. 12:45PM: Barnstead Inn pickup (Bus will be in church across the street in rear parking lot). Bus 2: 12:35: Equinox pickup. 12:45: Taconic pickup. Loop 2: Bus 1: 1:45PM: Hampton Inn pickup. Bus 2: 1:35: Equinox pickup. 1:45: Taconic pickup. Loop 3: Bus 1: 2:45PM: Hampton Inn pickup. Bus 2: 2:35: Equinox pickup. 2:45: Taconic pickup. *Both buses to leave Misisco's at 4:30PM and drop off at the above locations.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Vermont in the fall is usually around 55/60 degrees fahrenheit during the days and gets much cooler at night. The ceremony and cocktails will be outside from 5:30PM until about 6:45/7PM and then the reception will be compeltely inside a new structure (not a tent). We will have shawls available for the ladies for the ceremony as it may be chilly as the sun goes down!
