Question

How do I get to Taos, NM?

Answer

We recommend that guests fly to Albuquerque International Sunport (ABQ) and then either rent a car or schedule a shuttle to make the 2.5 hour drive to Taos.

Question

Where is Taos Goji Eco Farm?

Answer

It is in San Cristobal, located 11 miles north from Taos, NM. The address is 1530 and 1528 Old State Road 3 San Cristobal, NM 87564. Phone: 575.776.3971 If you need to drive to Taos Goji, here are the directions. We encourage those staying in town to take the shuttle however. From the south: Take Route 522 north (left if coming from the bridge). You will start at mile marker 0. At mile marker 10 you will see a large green sign on the right for “San Cristobal”. Turn right. 1/2 mile down the road splits – stay left. Another 1/2 mile and you will pass a stop sign on your left with a small green road sign that says “Carlitos Way”. Pass it, and the Taos Goji Farm is on your left. There is a hand painted sign out front that says “Eco Lodge”. Phone: 575.776.3971

Question

If I stay in Taos, how can I get to the wedding?

Answer

We will be providing a shuttle service from downtown Taos to the wedding venue and back. We prefer that people take the shuttle and not drive, due to safety and parking considerations. Shuttles to the venue will have a prompt pick up time at 1:30 pm at the north end of the parking lot at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. The address is: 205 Don Fernando St, Taos, NM 87571. At the end of the party, shuttles will do three return trips -- at 9pm, 10pm and 11pm. They will drop you off back in Taos. If you need to leave earlier than 9pm, please arrange your own, safe transportation.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Please wear cocktail/semi-formal attire. The ceremony will take place in a field and the reception will be held in a barn. The ceremony site is approximately a quarter mile walk down a dirt path. Please wear comfortable shoes as walking around the property can be a challenge to navigate and the roads are not paved. Average temperatures in July are in the 80s during the day and can drop into the 50s at night. There is also a chance for rain in the afternoon. The wedding will commence rain or shine. Please take this into consideration when choosing your attire.

Question

Is there cell phone service at Taos Goji?

Answer

No, cell phone service is very spotty in San Cristobal. There is limited wifi for the cabins on the property, so Mishka and I will be able to receive imessages, and the landline phone number is 575.776.3971 for urgent questions.

Question

Are there ubers/lyfts in Taos?

Answer

There are very few uber/lyft drivers in Taos, so please do not make that be your primary plan to come and go from the wedding. Please use our planned shuttle service.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

There are several options for lodging in the Taos area. Airbnb and VRBO rentals are a great option if you would like to stay with a group of friends. Camping at Taos Goji is another option. Bathroom, showers and cooking areas will be provided for campers. Please let us know if you prefer this option ASAP. Several hotels have been listed on the travel page. These are located near the historic Taos Plaza. These by no means are the only hotel options in Taos, so if these hotels don’t work for you, a quick google search will bring up more locations. We unfortunately could not set up any group discounts due to the fact our wedding is near the 4th of July holiday. Because our wedding is close to the 4th, we recommend booking your accommodations early.

Question

Why do we need to know where you are staying?

Answer

Due to limited parking at the wedding venue, we will be setting up shuttle services to go to and from the wedding. Letting us know where you will be staying will help us set the up the most efficient shuttle stops.

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer
