Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by November 11th, 2025

Question

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

Answer

Uber or cabs are the easiest way to get around Merida as well as to and from the wedding venue. Renting a car is an option though and there is a parking lot on the venue grounds if you choose to drive. The venue is about 20 minutes from Downtown Merida! Remember to use the travel concierge to help you coordinate transportation.

Question

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Black Tie Optional, but like be so serious guys. This is Ashley's wedding we're talking about. She wants to see you shine. Pop off!

Question

Have you reserved blocks at a hotel?

Answer

Yes! Please see our Travel page for details.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we would like to keep the guests list to just those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guest can be accommodated. Thank you for understanding, we are so excited to celebrate with you!

Question

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We love your children, but we have decided on an adults-only evening. As an alternative, we encourage you to make the trip to Merida a family vacation and invite someone who you will trust with your babe's while you enjoy our reception. It's giving date night ;)

Question

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We are going with a menu of typical regional food to Merida, Yucatan. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions we ask you to communicate that in your RSVP by November 11th.

Question

What do I do if I don't make it into a Hotel block?

Answer

There are a lot of Airbnb and other hotel options in downtown Merida and the surrounding areas. Don't hesitate to reach out to our Travel Concierge for recommendations on stays, transportation, excursions, restaurants, etc.

Question

Is it okay to take wedding photos/post on social media?

Answer

During the reception, go nuts! However, we are paying for a photographer to capture our ceremony so we kindly ask that you not ruin the moment/aesthetic of our pictures by having your phone in them. We will absolutely have your phone confiscated by security if you have it out during our ceremony. I'm personally warning you. Xoxo, Ashley.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

We have everything we need, but if you feel so inclined please refer to our registry page on this site. Love ya!
