It’s happening!

We met back in our freshmen year of high school. We became friends when we ran into each other at a church event and clicked when we realized we shared a common interest. One day at school Mirka came up to me saying her church was in need of a guitar teacher. I was very inexperienced (still am) but I confidently accepted and began teaching her. I quickly fell in love with her church and began attending which only made us grow closer. In 2011 we had our first kiss and I immediately fell in love. Within a month we shared our first I love you and the following month, at the age of 17, we began talking about marriage and future. From there on out we were inseparable. I still remember counting change in our backpacks to try to buy chips after school in our local CVS and now almost 10 years later we are getting ready to buy our first home. Our love persevered this far and we know that its been God who has kept us together. I am so excited to spend the rest of my life with my high school sweet heart. I am very excited to get married and move into our first home. Overall I am very grateful to have found my partner in life.
