A shuttle will pick up guests downtown in front of the Missoula Art Museum at 3:15 pm and take them to the venue. After the wedding, it will return everyone to the same spot at 9 pm—just a short walk from the after-party. From there, you can head home or join us at the Red Room to keep the celebration going!
Due to fire restrictions in Montana, parking at the Moon-Randolph Homestead will be limited. We kindly ask that available spots be reserved for family and friends assisting with setup and takedown. If the shuttle schedule doesn’t work for you, feel free to arrange a ride via Uber, Lyft, or a cab. If you need a parking spot due to mobility or other needs, please let us know—we’re happy to accommodate!
We're going for western garden party! Think fun patterns, colors, and styles. Or just classic semi-formal! We want you to be comfortable in the August heat but bring a jacket for when the sun goes down. For those who want to wear heels, keep in mind the outdoor setting and uneven ground and opt for wedges or clogs. The entirety of the ceremony, dinner, and reception will be outdoors.
August in Montana is fire season, and with our venue nestled in grassy hills at a historic site, fire safety is a top priority. Fire restrictions will likely be in place, meaning no smoking, open flames, sparklers, or any other fire-related activities. We kindly ask all our guests to respect these guidelines to help protect the beautiful landscape and ensure everyone's safety!
