Do you have a room block for the wedding?

Answer

No, there is no room block, and all suites are subject to availability. Because of this, we strongly encourage everyone to book as early as possible to secure the room type they want.

Why is the RSVP important?

Answer

We have a limited number of rooms available for our wedding group. Once you RSVP, we will count you as part of our confirmed guest list. Please RSVP only if you are confident you will attend.

What if my plans change after I RSVP?

If anything changes after September 18, 2026, please let us know right away so we can adjust our arrangements.

Do I need to pay a deposit when I book my room?

Answer

No deposit is required. Your full stay will be charged 30 days before your arrival to the credit card you used when booking.

Can I make partial payments toward my stay?

Answer

No — the resort does not allow partial payments.

What is the cancellation policy for rooms booked with the promo code?

Answer

You may cancel up to 24 hours before arrival with no penalty. If you cancel within 24 hours of arrival, the resort will charge the full cost of your stay. To help us prepare properly and ensure availability for all guests, we kindly ask that you make your RSVP with the intention to attend. Last‑minute cancellations significantly impact our planning, so we appreciate your understanding and commitment when reserving.

What happens if I booked through a third‑party website?

Answer

Third‑party bookings (Expedia, travel agencies, etc.) may have different cancellation penalties and do not count toward the wedding group benefits unless specifically added by the resort.

Is airport transportation included with my stay?

Answer

Yes — guests who book directly through the resort website (suite‑only stays, minimum 3 nights) receive one private round‑trip airport transfer per room. All guests in the room must arrive and depart at the same time. Please contact Jesse Reason for assistance.

Can children come to the wedding, and what should we know about bringing kids to the resort?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and reception will be adults‑only, so children cannot attend the wedding events. However, children are welcome at the resort, and Finest Playa Mujeres offers plenty of family‑friendly amenities. Please note that Excellence Club areas are adults‑only, and guests must be 18+ to stay in or access those sections. If you plan to bring children, the resort charges a nightly rate for ages 4–12, which varies by room category. The resort also offers on‑site babysitting services; please inquire directly with the resort for assistance.

Can the travel agency help me book airplane tickets for myself and my group/plus one?
