When did you first spend time together? On a hot day, Kendall and Miriam were driving around in his 2011 white Toyota Corolla, enjoying each other’s company. They stopped at the bank, and Kendall told Miriam to leave the car running with the A/C on while he went inside. After waiting for a while, Miriam felt bad about wasting gas and turned the car off—unaware of the battery issues. When Kendall returned, the car wouldn’t start. After a brief moment of realization, they both burst into laughter. Instead of letting it ruin the day, they spent the time laughing and talking until a friend came to help. To this day, they still joke about it—Kendall saying she should’ve listened, and Miriam insisting she was just trying to help. What could’ve been a stressful moment became one of their first unforgettable memories together. What are your favorite activities to do together? Kendall and Miriam share a love for many of the same activities, particularly music, which has always connected them. Whether at home or on long road trips, their favorite songs help create unforgettable moments. They also love traveling, exploring new places, and trying different foods along the way. In addition, they enjoy watching anime and attending conventions together, as well as their shared passion for fast sports cars. From car shows to local events, it’s something that keeps life exciting—especially with Kendall being part of a car club in Atlanta. What is one of the most memorable birthday surprises you have shared? Kendall has always dreamed of owning a Lamborghini, for his 30th birthday, Miriam made the ultimate plan to bring him closer to that dream. She surprised him with tickets to a racetrack experience in Atlanta, where he thought he’d just be watching—until he found out he’d be driving. To his amazement, Kendall got behind the wheel of a Lamborghini, along with a McLaren and a Ferrari. The day ended with a high-speed ride-along in a Dodge Charger Hellcat driven by a professional. It was an unforgettable, adrenaline-filled experience—one of Kendall’s favorite memories, captured in a photo of him in his dream car. What are your shared goals for the future? After marriage, Kendall and Miriam hope to continue growing together mentally, emotionally, and spiritually while building a loving, supportive home.
