Our story began, ironically, at a wedding. I expressed my interest in Miriam to almost everyone there. From then on, we stayed in touch from time to time. We lived in separate parts of Virginia, but got the chance to spend time together when Miriam slid into my DMs :) after a DJ performance in Richmond. A five hour conversation on Miriam's balcony developed into a love story built on FaceTime calls, schedule checks, weekend drives, and more goodbyes than we'd like to count. Looking back, every mile between us at the time was worth it. After a year and a half (and a ton of miles on our cars), we were blessed with the opportunity to be with each other every day, and it has been peace ever since. Our love is ours and we can't wait to say "I do."
