Gabriel and Mireya have lived two blocks away from each other since childhood, but it took their mom's meeting at the snack shack for things to finally kick off. Gabriel had a crush on Mireya and wanted to ask her to homecoming, but he never got the courage to do it himself. However, Gabriel's mom told Mireya's mom at the snack shack, who then revealed it to Mireya and things started to change. Due to their shared interest in music and their similar schedules, they ended up working on school projects and hanging out in the same friend groups, and Gabriel finally got the guts to express his true feelings for Mireya on Valentine's Day, with a homemade card and candy. Eventually, he asked her to prom, and they started dating, sharing their first kiss and dance. Now, fast forward 9 years, they have created a life full of love, with their cute cats and wonderful friends and family.
