The ceremony will begin at 4 PM, please arrive in time to be seated.
There are 4 paid parking lots immediately around/underneath Union Depot - use the address 240 East Kellogg Boulevard, St. Paul, and there is plenty of signage. The Green Line stops directly outside the venue as well, and there are hotels within walking distance.
