When should we arrive?

Doors open at 4:30pm. Please arrive early to find your seat before our ceremony starts at 5pm.

Are children invited?

While we love your kids, only children in the wedding party may attend our wedding ceremony and reception.

Please wear semi-formal or cocktail attire.

I’m staying at the W but the check-in time is at 4pm. Can I check in early?

Answer

Yes! Call the hotel the day of your arrival. If your room is available, you can check in. Any check-ins before 4 are a $35 fee.

Where do I park?

Answer

If you are driving to the venue, there’s a large public parking ramp right across the street! There is also plenty of street parking. The venue offers $20 valet parking as well. If you are staying at our hotel, valet parking is $60 a night. There is a cheaper public parking ramp by Hells Kitchen.
