Earliest check in will be Thursday May 7th at 3:00 pm eastern time. Latest check out will be Monday May 11th at 10:00 am eastern time. PLEASE let us know your best estimate on when you plan to arrive and leave. This will help us with planning and prep.
While we would love that, we have limited availability in both houses. If you received an RSVP card asking if you would be traveling day of or getting your own cabin, you are still invited to join in everyday for every activity. Just follow the RSVP card and reach out to the bride with absolutely any questions!! If you received an RSVP card asking about a check-in/check-out time, please note you have a room and fill out your travel plans accordingly on the card. Thank you all!
YES!! We will provide breakfast and dinners! We want to welcome you to bring any food you wish, especially if you eat 3 or more times a day. There is plenty of cabinet and pantry space! Meals are planed to be big, so no planned lunches will be provided. Some finger food snacks may be out and available around lunch times. If you have any severe allergies please let the bride or groom know asap!
We have two houses right next to each other. Most of the couple's family will be in the main house and friends in the second house. While almost everyone has a king size bed, some beds are king bunks so you may be sharing a room. We have paired you with friends so don't worry! If you have questions or concerns please reach out to the bride privately. We can not promise any special accommodations, but we will do our best. You are always welcome to have your own private cabin at your expense, but we would love to have you stay with us. If you plan to have a private rental, please let us know so we may find another couple to take the empty bed.
Some bedrooms, which have mostly been reserved for bride and grooms family members, have their own bathroom. Other bedrooms may have to share a bathroom with another couple. We suggest toiletry bags for easy clean up and bring extra towels if you wish.
As many outfits as you want! We will have a photographer the entire weekend, so feel free to look your best everyday or just lounge around! We suggest bringing extra blankets if you get cold easy. We will try to keep the temp comfy, but with so many people in the house we will keep it at a lower temp setting. Snacks or lunch type foods. Dishes or foods to share are also welcome but NOT mandatory! Extra towels if you like, but don't forget to bring them home. Feel free to look at the AirBnb adds to see what the house may have, but please don't assume it's available. You can always reach out to the bride to work something out.
YES. We welcome everyone to dress up for our ceremony. Please see the COLORS tab for more information. While the colors are NOT mandatory for you to match, it is available so don't have to worry about clashing. Think lovely spring mountain garden party.
Yes! Both houses have a laundry room. It is suggested that you bring your own detergent. We can not confirm if there will be any there.
While we welcome every member of your family invited, we leave that up to you! If you decide to leave them, just send the bride a message! Otherwise we plan to see them there! SIDE NOTE *for families with wee ones that require a nap, you should be able to bring along baby monitors to keep an eye out*
100% YES! When you RSVP please include your planned arrival and departure date and time. This is to help us better plan your stay!
