We met when we were freshman at the University of Findlay, but our own love story didn’t start until we were sophomores. Troy was an animal science major and Miranda was a biology/pre-vet major who was in the process of changing her career focus to dental. We started to spend more time together at the animal science barn since we both had the same barn duty rotation. To think that if Miranda didn’t keep her pre-vet major our love story may be very different. After a Saturday barn duty rotation Troy asked Miranda to breakfast. We spent the next couple of months non-stop talking and started dating in November. In the last seven years one thing has never changed, we have never stopped supporting each other's journey and big dreams. Miranda supported Troy in moving to Chicago and then to Erie for work. While Troy constantly supported Miranda with her countless years of school (YES, she is STILL in school), applying to dental school, and now being a dental student. Troy was even one of Miranda’s patients early on when she started in clinic (He let her mom be the Guinea pig and be her first patient). Over the years we have gained our two loving dogs, Dallas and Finn, and have enjoyed making new memories while traveling. Our love story is just beginning!
