What time should I arrive?

We’d love for you to join us for cocktail hour from 5:00 to 6:30 PM.

Will I be attending the ceremony?
Answer
We're having an intimate ceremony with just our immediate family earlier in the day. We’re so excited to celebrate with the rest of our loved ones at cocktail hour starting at 5:00 PM — and we promise the party will be worth the wait!

Can I bring a plus-one? What about my kids?
Answer
We’ve thoughtfully planned our guest list and have included everyone who is invited on the invitation. If they’re listed there, they're invited — thank you for understanding!

What is the dress code?
Answer
Casual! Wear whatever makes you feel your best — just make sure you can move in it, because we plan on dancing the night away!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Although the venue has beautiful outdoor spaces, all festivities will be indoors — it is November, after all!

Where should I stay?
Answer
We have a block of rooms reserved at the Sandman Signature, which is also where the shuttle will drop off guests at the end of the night. Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes! Parking is available on-site. You're welcome to leave your car overnight and take the shuttle back to Lethbridge if needed.
Question
Will transportation be provided to and from the venue?
Answer
There is transportation to the venue, a white First Choice bus will pick guests up from the Sandman Signature Hotel (4:10pm & 5:10pm) and a shuttle will run from 9:00 PM to 2:00 AM to safely return guests to Lethbridge. What will be served at the reception?
Answer
We’ll be serving a buffet-style dinner with something for everyone. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance — we want to make sure you're well fed and happy!

Will there be a bar?
Answer
Yes! We’ll be running a toonie bar for the evening. Please note there is no ATM on-site.

What time does the night end?

The party officially wraps up at 1:00 AM, but the shuttle will run until 2:00 AM to make sure everyone gets home safely.
