When should I RSVP by?

Answer

April 21, 2023 so that we can finalize seating charts, the headcount for our amazing catering team and more.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Formal or black tie optional. We are going to be both outside & inside for the big day. Need more dress code guidance? For black-tie or formal affairs, men can wear tuxedos or darker suits. Women, gowns or high-end cocktail dresses that are below the knee are appropriate.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. We are asking that we keep our special day to adults only.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! That is why we have 3 plated dinner options. Beef, fish and vegetarian.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a small parking lot on grounds, a parking garage up the street, but Uber is always available, easy & the safest option since we are having an open bar.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We are staying for the weekend in Round Rock/Austin to enjoy our time together with friends and family. If you would like to extend your stay over the weekend to join us all, you are more than welcome!

Is it important to fill out the RSVP card?

Answer

Yes! Please make sure to fill out the full names of you and your guest that will be in attendance and initial each entree selection, as we are having a plated dinner.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

A standout tip for wedding guest etiquette is to arrive early to the ceremony. Ideally, guests should schedule to arrive 30 minutes before the invitation start time of the ceremony. There will be music and refreshments to meet you upon entry.

Will there be pre-dinner snacks?

Answer

Yes! Miranda and Ryan have thoughtfully planned out an evening that ensures plenty of pre-dinner, cocktail hour bites and a full plated meal during reception that won't leave you going hungry.

What is happening after the ceremony?

Answer

Miranda and Ryan have planned a beautiful cocktail hour inside Woodbine Mansion that will have plenty of delicious snacks, an open bar and entertainment. You will have access to the entire downstairs of the mansion to oh and ah over as you mingle with guest. After the cocktail hour, you will locate your name and table number on the seating chart and head to the back lawn to enjoy a romantic, garden inspired reception with great eats, plenty to drink and dancing the night away under the stars, celebrating Miranda and Ryan's love story.

Should I bring a gift?

Answer

There is a small registry of items to help complete their home. But if you would like to come gift free, you can donate to their Honeymoon fund that they plan on taking later in the year.
