This hotel is a Daly Seven hotel and we have a special discounted rate for wedding guest! This hotel is within a few minutes from the RDU airport and has complimentary airport shuttle service. We will be offering transportation services to and from the welcome party and wedding at this location.

AC Hotel by Marriott Chapel Hill Downtown

We also a have a special discounted rate at the AC hotel located off of Franklin Street. This hotel is within walking distance to the Carolina Inn, where we are hosting our Welcome Party. If you plan to hit the bars, restaurants, or want to walk through UNC campus this would be a great hotel for you to stay. We will also be offering transportation to and from the AC for the wedding.

Raleigh-Durham International Airport

The Holiday Inn has an airport shuttle that can pick up and drop off to and from the Raleigh-Durham Airport. If you are needing a ride please call the front desk at (919)-465-1910 when you are ready for pick up. Rides can be scheduled for departure flights at the front desk during your stay. If you plan to stay at the AC hotel it is about a 25 minute Uber/Lyft from the airport to the AC hotel.

Welcome Party Shuttle

May 24, 2024 7:30 pm

There will be shuttle service starting at 7:20pm from the Holiday Inn RDU and 7:35pm from the AC hotel Chapel Hill to the Carolina Inn for Friday night's Welcome Party. There is a second shuttle leaving the Holiday Inn at 7:50pm as well. The shuttle service will be looping between the hotels and the Carolina Inn throughout the night of the Welcome Party with the last shuttle departing at 10:30pm.

Wedding Shuttle

The shuttle service will depart at 3:40pm and 4:00pm from the Holiday Inn RDU and at 3:30pm from the AC Hotel Chapel Hill. If you are not staying at either one of these hotels and wish to use the shuttle service that is fine; please plan accordingly to arrive at the hotel prior to the shuttles departing. The shuttle service back to the hotels will begin at 8pm and loop between the venue and each hotel until 11pm.
