Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
Please arrive early! There is a short wagon shuttle ride from the main parking lot to the tree grove ceremony site. This commute is also walkable. The main access road for incoming cars will be blocked off to incoming traffic starting at ceremony time at 4pm; if running late, guests will be able to enter venue after the ceremony to join us for cocktail hour.
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Following the ceremony, unless directed by the bride and groom to stay for pictures, please make your way to the shuttles for transport, or you may travel by foot, up to the cocktail garden where an appetizer table will be set up with an open bar available. Feel free to mingle in the garden or venture out onto the grounds.
5:45 pm - 6:00 pm
Please locate your seat in preparation for the grand entrance and a buffet style dinner.
