Our story began in the summer of 2013 when I was 15 and Josh was 17. Josh stopped into The Macaroon Shop in Avon, New Jersey, where I was working alongside one of his friends. What started as a simple conversation quickly turned into something special. We were two teenagers who immediately hit it off. Before leaving, Josh dropped his phone number on the back of a receipt into the tip jar and the rest is history. Over the next eight years, we spent our summers together making memories and our school years apart, navigating long-distance through different chapters of life. Whether it was Philadelphia for junior hockey or Massachusetts for college, we learned that no amount of distance could weaken what we had. In fact, it only made our relationship stronger. Ten years after that first conversation at the bakery, we finally moved in together. Since then, we've spent our days building a life we love—working on our home, riding motorcycles, exploring the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and making countless memories with our dog, Bella. After thirteen years of growing up together, supporting each other through every new version of ourselves, and building a life filled with love and adventure, we're so excited to finally say "I do."
