What does "Dress to Impress" mean?

Answer

We would love to see everyone looking their best through their own eyes. Wear what you think you look amazing in! We don’t want to use the word “formal” because we want you to express yourself but if that feels a little intimidating then go with “formal”. Definitely not black-tie, unless that’s how you roll! A few thing to keep in mind: The ceremony is on grass. We will provide heel guards for those in heels. The ceremony is at the end of what we expect to be a typically hot August day so be prepared for some heat but also for the temperature to cool as the night goes on.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

You should arrive to the parking locations no later than 5:15pm to ensure making a shuttle to the wedding on-time.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be one 24-person shuttle provided from the Hilton Garden Inn, Perrysburg that will be leaving at 5:15pm.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Completely up to you! While our celebration is not "adults only" or "no kids", we encourage getting a babysitter just for your sake, we want you to come for fun and let loose with us!

There are two parking locations, which one do I choose?

Answer

If you are driving, we encourage you to park at Belmont Country Club. There will be signage directing you where to park a place to wait for the shuttle with water available. If you are taking an Uber/Lyft/taxi/etc, you can be dropped off at either location. We encourage you to be dropped off at the Hospice location for a short shuttle ride accross East River Road.

I have specific dietary needs, will there be food for me?

Answer

We will have a lot of food options, many of them vegan/vegetarian, gluten free, etc. All of the food with have labels with ingredient and allergen information.
