We met through our young adults ministry at church. Gabe so kindly offered to host a social event on his boat for all of the young adults to come and hang out. In all honesty, I (Miranda), was not going to go due to some family issues, but I had a friend who encouraged me to go. I walked on the boat and instantly thought "wow he cooks too!" Later that day, I let a friend know I was interested and it got back to Gabe through the grapevine. A few weeks later, Gabe stopped me after church and asked me on a date. What was supposed to be a quick lunch after church turned into a full day spent getting to know each other. We have pretty much been inseparable since. I am so thankful the Lord brought me through Gabe's front door!
