When Should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than the end of February using the QR code on your formal invitation. We will also include a paper RSVP with the invite if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us! If you do not RSVP, we will assume that you are unable to attend and will not account for you. If something comes up after the RSVP date and you are unable to attend-even one week before, please let us know ASAP.

Can I Bring a Guest/Plus 1?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests whose names were formally presented on the invitations you have received. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. This celebration will be aimed for adults only with some exceptions to those in the bridal party and are part of our direct family. There is a pool on our venue site that is off limits to all guest but for those with children, we would like you to be aware and be sure that you are watching them closely.

Will There Be An Open Bar?

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you....Save the drama for your mama and lets have a great time! There is no hard alcohol allowed on the premise of this venue. We will be having signature, "his and her" drinks that may include certain hard liquor, but there will be no special requests or shots permitted. Please refrain from bringing flasks or outside drinks to the venue. Beer, wine, and ciders will also be available.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The official dress code for this event is casual cocktail attire. Our hope is that you will come dressed in some type of pattern or flower dress/button up. Woodland tends to be more hot during the month of June, so dress accordingly. Please clear away from whites and creams. You can refer to outfit inspo on the dress code tab.

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

Since the ceremony begins promptly at 4pm, please arrive between 3:15-3:30 pm to ensure you have parking and are seating on time.

Is the Wedding Inside or Outside?

Answer

Ceremony, Cocktail, and Reception will all be held outdoors. Woodland weather tends to be on the hotter side in the month of June, so please plan accordingly. We will have plenty of water to stay hydrated as well as various trees in the venue that provide certain shaded spaces.

Can I Take Pictures During the Ceremony?

Answer

We please ask to unplug during the ceremony, meaning once that ceremony begins, please place your phones on silent and away. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moment for us, which we will then absolutely share with you all. Therefore, we will be having no phones during the ceremony. They should not be present or seen down the aisle as anyone walks. During the party, feel free to take all the pictures and videos you want and be sure to include our wedding hashtag so we can enjoy them to if you chose to post them the next day.

Can I Post Pictures of the Wedding on Social Media?

We would appreciate it if all photos and videos are not shared until the day after the wedding. We hope everyone will be present and too busy enjoying the day to be posting anyway. Please be sure to include our wedding hashtag so we can enjoy them too! #thehuntsbeenover

Where Do I Park?

Answer

The venue has parking available as you pass the entrance of trees. Make a quick left turn and park in the gravel lot. You will then walk over to the big white arch where you will walk in on the rock pathway. Signs and staff will be set up to help guide you. Uber/Lyft are available but may take more time in the area in which the venue is located, so please plan accordingly.

Is There a Hotel Block?

Answer

We are working on hotel blocks! We want everyone to have a great time but we also want everyone to get home safely at the end of the night. If you do not have a designated driver/Uber, please look into the nearby hotel options we have provided for you. We love you all so much and want this experience to be not only convenient and safe for you as well.
