4:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, and lots of color. Please no shorts, jeans or flip flops unless under 5 years old. Note: Bend gets warm in the summer time - expect 80 degrees so dress appropriately.

PARKING: there are two parking lots of either side of the road. Aspen Hall and the correct parking lot is on the East side of the road. There will be an EVENT IN PROGRESS sign on the side you should turn in to to park. Parking is free. If you turn the wrong way and pass through a gate STOP and turn around that is the wrong parking lot and you'll be locked in. Please arrive between 4:30pm and 4:45pm. There is plenty of parking at the venue, but Uber/Lyft is also available. The ceremony will start promptly at 5pm. The ceremony will be outside and then we will transition inside for the reception. Food will be served buffet style. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.
