Will there be transportation to & from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! We will have a coach bus departing from the Hilton Garden Inn & Suites of Sun Prairie at 3:10 pm to bring you to the venue. After the fun is over, we will have the bus shuttling individuals back to the hotel every hour beginning at 8:30 pm

As much as we wish we could accommodate your little ones, we hope you'll understand that this is an adults-only event.

Is there a dress code?

We would love for you to dress up with us! Attire is semi-formal.

When should I arrive to the ceremony?

Please arrive by 3:45 pm to begin finding your seat.

We ask that you submit your RSVP by July 14th.

Is there parking at the venue?

There is parking at the venue with a golf cart on stand-by to take you to the ceremony site for those who may need it.

We will have our three dogs on site during the entire event, if you are allergic to dogs please prepare yourself appropriately for the interaction. We hope to spend the entire event in our favorite setting- outdoors. Please dress appropriately & bring layers (if needed) to accommodate the weather.
