What is included at this all-inclusive resort?

Answer

Your booking can include your round-trip flights, ground transportation to/from the hotel, hotel stay, unlimited food, drinks, and alcoholic beverages at the resort’s restaurants, bars, and buffets, as well as access to all pools and the beach. Please see the "Travel" tab and book with our travel agent free of charge.

How do I book my vacation?

Answer

To be part of our wedding group, you must book through our designated travel agent at no extra cost to you! Using our agent ensures you will receive discounted room rates, transportation to/from the hotel, and can add round-trip flights all in one price after booking. When booking, you must provide our travel agent with a deposit for the room.

Why is this a destination wedding with a cost?

Think about it this way—while this is our wedding, it’s also a vacation for you, your partner, friends, or family to enjoy and create unforgettable memories together. Please work with our travel agent to set up a payment plan.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Yes! You're welcome to bring your children or anyone else you'd like to vacation with. That said, our wedding ceremony and reception will be an adults-only celebration—so while children are welcome at the resort, we kindly ask that you take advantage of the babysitting services/kids club offered at the resort.

Can I bring a date or plus one?

Answer

You’re welcome to bring anyone you'd like to enjoy the vacation with you! However, wedding events will be invite-only, so unless your invitation specifically includes a plus one, we kindly ask that only invited guests attend the ceremony and reception.

Will there be a dress code for our wedding?

Answer

Yes, there will be a dress code for the wedding events. We’ll share all the details soon to help you plan your outfits for an outdoor celebration! We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white, ivory, or other bridal-adjacent shades traditionally reserved for the bride.

When will I get to book my flight?

Answer

Flight information will come out 10-11 months before the wedding date. At that point, you may book your flights through our travel agent, or book your own flights. Please note, if you book your own flights, you need to give your flight information to our travel agent so she can book transportation to and from the airport for you.
