WHAT IF I DON'T RSVP IN TIME?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue exact numbers by a certain date. While I will send out reminders, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & Guest". For families, it will list "(your name) & Family" or "The (your last name) Family". When you go to RSVP, you will see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

ARE KIDS WELCOMED?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. Please refer to the 'RSVP' to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to invite your children, we hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue NO later than 15 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow time for you to park (unless you're Ubering or have alternate transportation), and find your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour to enter.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY ?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones be put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we'd hate to have well-meaning person's phone blocking that moment for our photographer to capture. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want! We promise to share the ceremony photos once we receive them!

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

Ceremony will be indoors with air conditioning, Reception is held indoors with open doors non airconditioned, the cocktail hour will be held also indoors and out in the reception barn. Please dress accordingly to the weather.

ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION LOCATION WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Answer

Yes! Onsite guest parking will be available and the venue has ramps to accommodate wheelchairs.

IS THERE PARKING ON SITE?

Answer

Yes! There is room up to 100 people to park their vehicles. However, you plan on drinking, please consider utilizing uber, and or carpooling with an individual who will be sober at the end of the night. We want all of our guests to arrive and leave in a safe manner.

HOW DOES SEATING WORK?

Answer

The Ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you would like. The Reception has assigned tables.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is Formal Attire. We recommend for women a floor length dress or a nice pantsuit, and men a suit and tie. Please note our venue does not allow blue jean/jeans or sneakers. Please no white or emerald green! The Bridesmaids will be in Emerald Green and Groomsmen in Tan.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR ?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you. We have waited a long time for this day so party accordingly!

IF I'M COMING FROM OUT OF TOWN, WHERE SHOULD I STAY?

Answer

Check out the "Travel" page on our site for more information of hotel room blocks.

IF I AM SPENDING THE NIGHT AT THE HOTEL, DO I NEED TO CHECK IN PRIOR TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We recommend guests to check into the hotel prior to the ceremony because the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be at one location. There won’t be any down time to check into the hotel once the ceremony has started. Early check in is permitted.
