You can find information about hotels on the “travel” tab of our website. We are not doing official room block, but consider booking at the nearby hotels suggested if your drive is longer than an hour.
The dress code is “dressy-casual,” which means a little more dressed up than every day clothes, but it doesn’t have to be semi-formal. Wear comfortable shoes!
Ceremony processional starts at 3:15, please be there and seated before people start walking down the aisle.
Turn into the orchards, go to the right of the Barrel. Keep going straight down the path until it says “guest parking,” then go left and follow until you are directed by staff to park your vehicles.
Weather permitting; the ceremony will be outdoors. Park your cars and choose to either walk or use the trolly bus to pick your seats!
The cocktail hour and reception will take place in the barn. The trolly bus will be available to take people from the ceremony space up to the barn.
The food will be buffet style with a choices of salad, two entrees, three sides, and plenty of desserts. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions we will be collecting that information closer to the wedding.
Yes! There is handicap parking at the high side of the barn and golf cart services for anyone not interested in the trolley bus. There are 2 handicap bathrooms. *for the ceremony* If necessary and the ground is not wet, you are able to drive handicap vans down to the ceremony space.
Kids are more than welcome! There is even a repurposed truck that was converted into a playground. All we ask is that the kids are respectful during the ceremony (as we’re sure they will be). Please bring a change of clothes so your kids can play comfortably!
The bride and groom will have a private last dance followed by an exit at 9:30pm. The owners ask that everyone does their best to be out by 10pm. *for those that are generous helpers* You do NOT need to help clean up after the reception. The bride, groom, and previously asked family members will be cleaning up the next morning. Enjoy your night!
If the bride and groom did not directly tell you yes, you don’t have one on the invite, or you don’t even know who you would bring as a date, the answer is no. There will be plenty of people to mingle with, get social!
You can RSVP for you and your family on this website. The RSVP page will open after we send out formal invitations.
We are registered on this site, Amazon, and Target! Gift cards for Best Buy, Home Depot, Giant Eagle, Aldi, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Barnes and Noble, Target, Amazon, Etsy, Disney, Dunkin, Xbox, Sheetz, and restaurants will be eagerly accepted as well! We will also be ecstatic to receive Christmas ornaments/holiday decorations and gas cards. You’ll be able to see our registry soon!
We will continue to update our website as we get closer to the wedding. Right now we have a rough timeline of how the day will go, but we will send out our final timeline with our invites as well as update the schedule on here. We will add hotel rooms, RSVPs, and we can send out mass updates to everyone through Zola once your contact information is filled out. We can’t wait to celebrate with you all!
