What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to be seated by 6:20, the ceremony will start at 6:30. This means you should plan to arrive by 6:00-6:15. It is an outdoor venue, but hand fans will be provided, and there is shade available.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 15th, and let us know of any changes as soon as possible.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Not really, but please dress "nice" and comfortably. Think khakis or dress pants instead of jeans. Think a sundress, or something you might wear to church. Bright colors are encouraged, the theme is based around wildflowers. Comfort is encouraged, as it will be hot in July!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No children please. If you think there should be an exception please contact Miranda or Anthony directly.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation, but if you need assistance please let us know. There is plenty of parking onsite, and the ceremony and reception area are within walking distance of each other.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is plenty of parking. Please be courteous of those around you when parking.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please check with Miranda and Anthony before bringing anyone outside of your spouse or partner, or anyone other than those listed on the invitation. We will need a head count for food and seating, so let us know who all is coming!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please let us know of any food allergies and we will do our best to accommodate you.
