What is the terrain like at the Venue?
Answer
The terrain is a mix of dirt, wood chippings, brick, grass, gravel and concrete. Please dress accordingly.

What is the attire colors?
Answer
The Wedding party will be in a mix of Navy Blue and Champagne. The Immediate family (parents and grandparents) are asked to wear Navy Blue and/or Champagne. Extended family (aunts, uncles and cousins) are asked to wear any shade of blue or tan. All other guests are requested to refrain from wearing white, blue or tan as a primary color scheme.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Although children are not encouraged to attend, we know this sometimes cannot be avoided. Therefore, childcare will be offered to immediate family upon request at an extra fee per child. The company hired is Jovie of Reno-Tahoe. Child head count is required 30 days in advance. Please contact Cassie @ (775) 225-0972 for more information as well as pricing. Please note that the venue is located next to active train tracks, a river as well as unenclosed wooded areas. If you choose to bring your children and not take advantage of the onsite childcare, you will be responsible for keeping track of your children at all times.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is parking available on site with a parking attendant to help facilitate.

Where are there places to stay?
Answer
Due to limited availability in the surrounding areas, please use resources like VRBO.com and or airbnb.com for accommodations. There are also various hotels and inns as well. Areas that are close to the venue are Graeagle, Quincy, Portola for example. Most all accommodations require a 2- night minimum, so please plan accordingly.

What is included for family staying on site?
Answer
For the family staying on site, each house is equipped with full kitchen accommodations for guest convenience. Please feel free to bring snacks and drinks to make your stay comfortable.
