Qi Gong Class

Join us and start the day with a peaceful vibe :) Qi Gong is a slow-flowing movement practice that coordinates breathing and poses in a sort of moving meditation. Ended with a crystal bowl sound bath. It can be modified for any age / physical ability. Class will likely be outside in the grass. 🚌Parking is extremely limited! 🚌Transportation to and from the event will be by shuttle from Whitefish Train Station. Shuttles will leave from the Whitefish Train Station (510 Railway Street Whitefish, MT 59937 Depot Park) at 2:45PM and 3:45PM. There is additional street parking options along Depot St and Railway St. Directly across from the train station is a loading and unloading zone. The shuttle is dark gray in color with Wild Horse Limousine on the rear side windows. If you have any questions day of please contact the driver Jason at (406) 756-2290 or Katie Jimenez 406-282-4024.
