Our wedding ceremony and reception will be at a private estate in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Parking is limited, so we are asking all guests to ride a complimentary shuttle to and from the venue.
We are providing all guests with a complimentary shuttle from the Four Point Sheration to the venue. The shuttle will begin picking up guests at the Four Points Sheraton around 2pm, starting with family. Please be in the lobby no later than 2:30pm. Starting at 8:00pm, we will have two shuttles returning guests to the hotel and circling back. The wedding party will have cars available in case of an emergency. The ride between the hotel and the venue is approximately 10 minutes.
No, you are welcome to stay at other hotels or an Airbnb, but we highly recommend staying at the Four Points. We have secured a rate of $174/night which is great for the location and time of year. The hotel also has parking. Please note: The shuttle will only be stopping at the Four Points. If you choose to stay somewhere else, please plan transportation to/from the Four Points before pick up and after drop off. If you choose to drive, you can park in the Four Points' overflow lot opposite the hotel on Scotts Valley Drive.
The entire event will be outdoors. The ceremony and dinner will be on a lawn, so please wear appropriate footwear (flats, block heels, wedges). It is impossible to predict the weather, but we expect sunny and 75. Shade and seating will be readily available at all times. You may also need a light layer later in the evening.
We can only accommodate guests named on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.
We will have a table to receive cards, but we won't be able to receive physical gifts on the day of our wedding. If you choose to bless us with a gift from our Zola registry, please have it delivered directly to our home.
Appetizers, dinner, and dessert will be provided. We will also have an open bar with beer, wine, seltzers, and signature cocktails.
