The wedding will be held at Black Butte Ranch in Sisters, Oregon. The ranch is a private, expansive property in Central Oregon, so please allow a little extra time to navigate once you arrive on-site.

Guests are encouraged to arrive 20–30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding the ceremony location. The ceremony will begin promptly.

The attire is elevated outdoor cocktail. Think refined yet comfortable—suits, dresses, and polished separates. As part of the event takes place on grass, we recommend choosing footwear accordingly.

Late September in Central Oregon is typically beautiful, with warm days and cooler evenings. Temperatures can drop quickly after sunset, so bringing a wrap or light jacket is encouraged.

Transportation will not be provided. We kindly encourage guests to carpool to and from the wedding, as ride-share services are limited and parking is best navigated with fewer vehicles.

There are a variety of accommodations both within Black Butte Ranch and nearby in Sisters and Bend. We recommend booking early, as fall is a popular season in Central Oregon.
