Question
Will children be invited?
Answer
Unfortunately, due to numbers we are having an adult only ceremony/reception. However, if there is an issue with a sitter, please reach out to us and we will be happy to work with you.

Will there be any events taking place on Saturday Night?
Answer
The bridal party and immediate family will be attending a rehearsal and rehearsal dinner form 5-7pm but everyone else is welcome to the West Mountain Inn at 7pm for drinks and smores by the firepit!

Will there be an open bar at the wedding?
Answer
Yes, but there is a cap. Once the cap is reached it will become a cash bar so you must bring cash in order to purchase drinks.

Will there be a shuttle to bring you from other hotels to the West Mountain Inn?
Answer
Yes, there will be a shuttle that will pick people up at Hampton Inn in Manchester and The Arlington Inn and will return them home at the end of the night.

What time will the shuttles pick people up?
Answer
There will be two shuttles leaving Hampton Inn Suites Manchester at 2:15pm. There will be two shuttles leaving The Arlington Inn at 2:40pm.
Question
When will the shuttles bring you back to the hotel?
Answer
The shuttles will be available to bring people back to their hotel throughout the entire night. It is preferred that a whole group is shuttled if possible.
Question
Will the ceremony be inside or outside?
Answer
We are hoping if the weather permits that the ceremony will be outside. Therefore please dress accordingly and bring a sweater/shall.
Question
What will we do between the ceremony and the cocktail hour (there is a one hour gap for pictures)?
Answer
During the one hour gap between the end of the ceremony and the cocktail hour there will be games set up both inside and outside of the inn. In addition, there will be a cash bar open for people to purchase drinks. People may also take this time to go back to their hotel room and freshen up. The open bar and food will be served beginning at 4:30pm.
