How do I RSVP to your wedding?

Answer

We will be sending invitations by mail a few months prior to the wedding date. Once received, you will be able to RSVP either on this website or by mail. Further instructions on how to do so will be included in the invitation.

Have you reserved a hotel room block for guests?

Answer

Yes, please refer to the "Accommodations" section at the top of our Zola wedding website for more information. A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hyatt Regency in Hauppauge (approximately 15-20 minutes from Larkfield). Please book your room by June 30th to ensure availability and to secure our discounted rate.

What time is check-in/check-out at the hotel?

Answer

Check-in time is at 3:00PM. Early check-in can be requested when booking your hotel room, but is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Baggage storage will be available for a small handling fee. Please be sure to ask for the Minutoli / Street Welcome Bag when checking in at the front desk! Check-out is by 11:00AM. Late check-out requests will be accommodated based on hotel demand and is subject to a $50 fee.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel and the venue?

Answer

Yes! Roundtrip transportation will be provided to and from the hotel and the venue: - 4:30PM departure from the Hyatt to Larkfield - 12:00AM departure from Larkfield to the Hyatt The shuttles will be leaving promptly at the indicated departure time, so please be sure to board prior to the scheduled time to guarantee transportation to and from the hotel and the venue.

Are there any other events related to the wedding that I should know about?

Answer

Yes, please join us for breakfast Sunday morning 9:30-11:30AM at the hotel in the Island View room as a thank you for celebrating with us!

Yes, valet parking is available.

What time will the reception end?

Answer

The reception will end approximately 12:00AM. We encourage our guests to utilize the complimentary transportation shuttles back to the hotel at the end of the night.

You will have the option to indicate any dietary restrictions or food allergies when RSVPing online via our Zola wedding website. Also, during the reception, servers will request this information when collecting your entrée selection.

Guests are welcome to bring their children. Please be sure to RSVP for each child of your family attending so they can be accounted for in our guest list.
