We don't remember the first time we met, however we know it was on the tennis courts at the California Tennis Club when we were in middle school. Through the years we stayed close friends and after college, we just noticed that we always wanted to spend time together.

Spencer asked Erin to marry him over a quiet Thanksgiving weekend 2020 in Trinity Village, California, a place with a special significance to the Minuth family. He proposed overlooking the Trinity River at the bench in memory of Erin's uncle John Scully.
