FAQs

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please email courtney.mintz@gmail.com or jesse.e.bach@gmail.com. Please, no questions on the day of the wedding!
Question

WHAT TO EXPECT...

Answer

The wedding will take place during Harley Ferrari Night, which is a massive classic car and bike show that has taken place annually since 1989, when Paul Sr. (late owner of South East H-D) purchased a Ferrari and wanted an excuse to show it off. You'll be in attendance with thousands of other bikers and car enthusiasts, so this is a really laid-back affair. A space has been set aside for wedding guests, but we invite you to wander and participate in the Ferrari Night festvities!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please make sure to RSVP by May 10, 2018. We need a final head count in order to get the correct number of wristbands for entry!

Question

What about parking for the event?

Answer

Since this is a large biker event, parking will be extremely limited. Shuttle service will be provided for guests who park *behind* Southeast Gears & Cheers, located at 23333 Aurora Road, Bedford Hts., OH.

Question

How do we get into the event?

Answer

There will be a wedding check-in table at the entrance. Special wristbands will be given out. You may use these wristbands throughout the event or to access the wedding VIP section (near the main stage). Wristbands cannot be used at the food trucks, but you are more than welcome to purchase some food from them! Please see schedule of events for more information.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Not really. We just want to have a good time with our friends and family! (But if you prefer to mix it up a bit, we recommend going for a Rockabilly style.)

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

While we love you and your children, we ask that non-family members do not bring children who are under the age of 18.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please see the "Schedule" page for more information.
