How Should I RSVP?

Answer

Please submit your RSVP through this website once you know your plans. We kindly ask that all RSVPs be completed by June 1, 2026 so we can finalize details. If you are unable to RSVP online, please reach out to Kaitlyn, Kristi, or Heather.

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

The doors to the venue will be unlocked, so feel free to arrive early. The ceremony will begin at 5, so guests should begin seating at 4:45.

Is there Parking on Site?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking on site. Accessible parking spots are available on the concrete area in front of the building. Vehicles can be left here overnight. A shuttle will be available at the end of the night to the Hampton Inn Hotel.

Will there be a seating chart?

Answer

Yes, we plan to utilize a seating chart for families to sit together! On the RSVP tab, you can check the box for each guest attending. If any guests are no longer able to attend, please resend the RSVP before June 1st. We appreciate your help keeping the guest count as accurate as possible.

All events will be hosted at Lofted View Events 2086 210th Street, Bronson, IA 51007

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! Visit the Hotel page on our website for a direct link to book your reservation. The hotel has free cancellation up to 24 hours before the reservation. We recommend booking early, so we can increase the number of rooms blocked off if needed. We will offer a shuttle service back to the hotel at the end of the night.

What is the Order of Events?

5:00 - Ceremony 6:30 - Dinner and Speeches 7:30 - First Dances Shuttle times will be determined at a closer date :)

What is The Attire?

Answer

We would love to have memorable photos with all of our friends and family. Please wear your Sunday-Best! There is no formal dress expectation, however, the ceremony will be outside in a grassy area. The venue is air conditioned ;)
