We have reserved a block of rooms at Red Hawk Resort + Casino. This hotel is approximatley 15 minutes from the wedding venue and has a variety of dining options and activities. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND that smoking is allowed inside the casino, so please consider alternative lodging if this will be a health concern for you. To book, please call the phone number listed above and mention "Minney Wedding Block" for October 24-25, 2025. No reservations can be made online under the block. Please note that the last day to book within the block is September 24, 2025. All rooms booked after this date will be based on hotel availability. Shuttle service may be available to and from the wedding venue, but is not guarenteed at this time.

There are several camgrounds located very close to the wedding venue. Thousand Trails Ponderosa is located in Coloma, along the Southfork of the American River- only eight minutes from the venue!

The wedding venue is located in the foothills, where cell reception can be spotty. Uber and Lyft may not be accessible. Please plan to have a reliable method of transportation to and from the wedding.
