Minkyu, "Q" has a wild side, and that wild side one day got him into a motorcycle accident. Fortunately, he was safe and sound with only bruises, but the bike was totaled :( The next day after the motorcycle accident Q walked into Haylee's Allstate office to file a claim. We had never met, but Haylee recognized Minkyu because they had both formerly been CCU athletes during the same years. Minkyu left the office after all the paperwork was done. When he got to his car, he just felt like he shouldn't leave. Then, all of the sudden he came charging back into the office and asked Haylee out on a date! The rest is history! Little did we know that one insurance customer, one motorcycle accident, would lead us both to our future spouse.

We love the botanical garden! We love to be there and rest, picnic, enjoy the flowers and the people watching. Because we deeply appreciate the beauty in each season, we decided to start taking photos under the same arch each time we were there. This way we could see the seasons change around us. After months of this tradition, we found our way to the gardens one Friday night. When the time came, we found our way under the arch, and instead of just taking a picture, Minkyu got down on one knee to pop the questions. The sweetest thing he said was "I would get in 1 million more motorcycle crashes if it meant getting to meet you 1 million more times" then he asked if I would marry him, my response, "You better believe I will!"
