The ceremony starts at 4 PM. We suggest arriving at 3:30 PM to ensure you have time to find parking and get situated.
Yes! There is free and convenient city parking surrounding The Simon. We'd recommend the DELO lot or the Library underground parking lot. Aside from these free public parking lots just a few blocks away, there is also plenty of street parking surrounding The Simon. Parking is not enforced downtown, so feel free to leave your car parked overnight if you catch an Uber home! More information can be found here: https://www.louisvilleco.gov/exploring-louisville/visitors/downtown-parking
The reception will end at 11 PM.
The dress code is semi-formal. August can be warm in Colorado, however the event is indoors with air conditioning.
The ceremony and reception are both indoors with air conditioning. The reception area has garage doors, so if the evening is cool enough, those may be opened to allow fresh air.
Yes, children are welcome at the wedding!
We'll be having a taco bar for dinner! You'll be able to build your own tacos with a choice of birria, pork carnitas, chicken, or grilled veggies, plus all the fixings including chips, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, pickled onions, and jalapeños. We'll also have house salad available. Later in the evening (between 9:00pm and 9:30pm), we'll bring out appetizers including rolled tacos and mini chimis to keep the party going!
We're so grateful for your presence at our celebration! In lieu of physical gifts, we'd love contributions toward our future together. You can find details on our registry page: https://www.zola.com/wedding/minghellasolterowedding/registry
Yes, there will be an open bar with beer, wine, and a basic selection of liquor and mixers. If you'd like something specific, you can also head downstairs to Nora's Speakeasy and purchase a drink there.
Dinner will be buffet-style.
There are several great accommodation options near the venue! The Interlocken area has hotels less than 10 minutes away, and Boulder has many options about 15 minutes away. If you're visiting the area for the first time, we'd recommend staying in Boulder if possible—it offers more restaurants, shops, and things to experience during your stay. There are also short-term vacation rentals within walking distance of the venue if you prefer a more local option although those may go quickly.
The RSVP deadline is July 10th.
