What time should we arrive?

Answer

Arrive sometime between 4pm and 4:30pm for a 4:30pm ceremony start time. Feel free to explore the garden, take photos, and sign our guestbook!

How do we get to the reception?

Answer

The reception is a 20 minute drive from the wedding ceremony location. The best way to get there is by car. You may head directly there after the ceremony, and ask for Kevin and Minerva's wedding. It will be in the Linda Marr Room.

Our registry address should be an option at checkout through Amazon registry, the address may show up as "Kevin's registry address".

Please wear what you feel comfortable in. There is no dress code, but semi-formal is recommended. There is no need to dress in wedding colors.

What is a tea ceremony?

Answer

It is a Taiwanese wedding tradition for the bride and groom to serve tea to their parents to show respect, gratitude, and appreciation toward their families. After drinking the tea, the drinker places a red envelope under the tea cup for the bride and groom to collect. This symbolizes the family welcoming the bride or groom into the family.
