Please arrive to our ceremony at 3:00 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. Please note for clothing/shoes that the ceremony will be outdoors.

Formal (But Not Black Tie) We kindly ask our guests to dress in formal attire — suits and cocktail dresses are perfect! Tuxedos and ball gowns are not expected- unless you want to! The ceremony will be held outdoors on the grass, so please keep that in mind when selecting your shoes. The reception will be indoors, where you can dance the night away in comfort!

We kindly ask that only the guests listed on your invitation attend. If your invite includes a plus one, it will be noted by name or say ‘and guest. We appreciate your understanding as we celebrate this special day with our closest loved ones.

While we love your little ones, we are only able to accommodate children who are part of the wedding party. Thank you for your understanding.

Answer

We don’t have hotel blocks or transportation arranged, so guests are welcome to book any lodging and travel that works best for them. Batavia and the nearby towns have plenty of great hotels and Airbnbs. There’s free parking on site if you’d like to drive, and rideshares like Uber/Lyft are also available in the area.
