Are my Kids Allowed?

Answer

Whilst we will have a few important family members attending, we ask you to come enjoy the evening with your significant others, but without the kids. Feel free to reach out to bride or groom if you need help locating care services.

Is There Transportation?

Answer

YES! For the wedding day, we will provide transportation from the Moxy Downtown St Petersburg to our venue, The Floridian Social. We want to ensure everyone can enjoy their night and get back safely.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that all RSVPs are completed no later than Nov 18th, 2025 so we have plenty of time to plan our events and get ready for you. Should you need a little more time, reach out to the bride or groom.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttles from the Moxy will begin at 415p. There will be a second trolley arriving about 430p and a final at 445p but this will be the last ride over to the venue, so please be prompt and we will see you there!!! We ask that all arrive to the ceremony no later than 5p so we can begin promptly.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

YES! When you RSVP there will be a food selection you can make, there’s a question about special dietary needs. Please fill this out and we will work to ensure that we accommodate you!!!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Great Question… sort of. If you are not staying with us at the Moxy, there is street parking available throughout Central Ave near the venue. It can be limited depending on the time of day you are coming. Our suggestion is valet park your car at the Moxy and ride on of our great trolleys over to the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

YES!!! 415p, 430p and 445p trolleys will move from the Moxy to our venue at the Floridian Social. We recommend being an early bird so you can interact with the guest book, Photo Booth and many other items awaiting for you at the venue. Please be prompt and arrive no later than 5p for the ceremony to begin on time.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

YES!!! We hope you can also attend our wedding weekend welcome event on Sat Jan 17th at our home! Check out the events tab and RSVP so we can spend as much time with you as possible!
