FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Being an outdoor venue, we suggest you wear comfortable shoes to walk from the parking area to the indoor reception area (3 min walk see below for details). We love giving our family and friends an excuse to dress up, so we're asking our guests to follow a semi-formal or cocktail attire dress code to celebrate our day! If you plan on attending the bonfire after party, please bring comfortable warm clothes.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We will not be providing group transportation. However, here are some local taxis that guests can use: Brewster Taxi- 914-885-3666 Danbury Taxy Services 203-731-0022 or 203-942-9574 (Call, text, or WhatsApp)

Things to know about the venue?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with you at the beautiful Mountain Lakes Park in North Salem, NY. Nestled next to a mountain, the park offers stunning views and a peaceful, nature-filled atmosphere. Connectivity Cell phone reception can be spotty due to the mountainous location. However, the park provides free Wi-Fi throughout the venue. Question

What's a camp wedding?

Answer

Just a regular wedding but you have the option of camping with us at the end of the night and you can hangout with us the next morning ☺️

Question

What’s a yurt, and what are the sleeping arrangements?

Answer

Our camping village is composed of 10 yurts; circular dwellings. Each accommodates 10-12 guests and offers comfortable sleeping quarters (bunk beds!) with electrical service and Wi-Fi. The village also provides a bathhouse with showers. First come, first serve and we won't be filling these to capacity. If you would like to stay on-site, please let us know in your RSVP. You can check in to your yurt on Saturday, October 4th at 3:30 pm and check out on Sunday, October 5th at 11:00 am. Once you RSVP yes to the Yurts accommodations you will receive more information on necessities. Please note, there is no cost to stay in the yurts.

Answer
