Covid-19?

Answer

Any guest experiencing symptoms or have been exposed, we ask that you get a negative test within 48 hours prior to the event regardless of vaccination status. If you are not fully vaccinated, we ask that you get a negative test 48 hours prior to the event. Masks are optional and are welcomed. With 150+ guests attending, please do what is most comfortable for you!

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Bridesmaids are wearing champagne/gold/taupe, groomsmen will be in navy suits and burgundy ties. We will be indoors for majority of the day (bride is allergic to the sun!)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at the venue before 3:30 PM on July 17th, 2022. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation will be marked with the number of guests you can bring. This will let you know if you can bring a date.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please mark your allergy on your RSVP form and we will make sure you are accommodated.

Where do I find parking?

Answer

There is free parking in the lot on the west side of the building at corner of Douglas & Symphony Way and a garage at the corner of Douglas & Symphony Way (opposite corner).

Wheelchair Accessibility?

The venue is wheelchair accessible, there is an elevator to the 2nd floor as well.
