Black tie optional. Men, a tuxedo or formal suit is best and ladies, a gown or formal cocktail attire is appropriate.

Is there transportation between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

For guests staying on Destination Kohler property, there are complimentary shuttles that run every thirty minutes. Please confirm with the concierge at The American Club or Inn on Woodlake your anticipated time of departure and destination in advance. For those who would like to drive, there is free parking at both Riverbend and The American Club (ceremony and reception). Rideshare apps function throughout Sheboygan county as an additional option.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive 15 - 30 minutes before the ceremony start time.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors at Riverbend, so please dress accordingly - bring a sweater or jacket. The cocktail party is planned for outside in The American Club courtyard with an alternative indoor foyer location should the weather not cooperate. The reception will take place outside as well; no tent, heat lamps and pashminas will be provided.

What time can I check into my hotel room?

Answer

If you are staying on Destination Kohler resort property, check in is at 4PM. You may request an early check in by calling concierge in advance.

Please let us know when you RSVP online and select your meal. You can also contact our wedding planners to inform them of your restrictions so they may plan accordingly.
