There will be free shuttles running every 15 minutes to and from the hotel lobby and event location (welcome party on 8.7 and ceremony/reception on 8.8). Check the Accommodations page for all the information. The welcome party and the ceremony/reception are on the resort grounds and only about 2-5 minute shuttle rides away.
We will have a backup indoor ceremony location within the main hotel in case of inclement weather. Everyone staying at the hotel will receive a text update if there is a location change. The reception is indoors.
This is an unplugged ceremony so please put your phones away. We want our guests to be present with us in the moment and it is part of our contract with our photographer. You are more than welcome to take pictures once the ceremony is over!
We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!
