Maritsa and I met in high school, but really didn't get to start knowing each other until after. while working at Walmart, I spotted her coming out with her groceries and started to catch up. We became friends and were always hanging out. We enjoyed every minute that we spent, always made each other laugh, and always felt like we could rely on one another. This was definitely the case when I had my motorcycle accident and was staying at my parents. One day, Maritsa and I had been making plans for her to come visit me. Before I could confirm, I had fallen asleep. Next thing I know, my mom is waking me up on the couch, telling me Maritsa is here to visit me. She had even brought Chick-Fil-A! I'm definitely one to believe a way to mans heart, is through his stomach. I was so delighted to see her, not only because she had come visit, but because at that moment I knew I have someone special. Maritsa and I started dating soon after that and we both have been enjoying this incredible journey. We feel blessed to be part each other's lives and can't wait for our big day!
