🏨 Resort & Hotel Booking

We have reserved a room block at: The Westin Reserva Conchal, an All-Inclusive Golf Resort & Spa – Guanacaste, Costa Rica Please do not book your stay through any other services or any other hotel. This hotel block has discounted rates and we have held rooms for everyone through the booking link on the Travel page of our website. Booking Link: 1. Go to Travel page on our website. 2. Read through all of the instructions. 3. Click View under all the information. If you need assistance with getting your rooms booked don't hesitate to reach out to Nick or Avery!

✈️ Flights
Answer
Please plan to fly into: Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR) Approximate travel time from the airport to the resort: 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes, depending on traffic. If you are in the wedding party, please plan to arrive between October 18th to October 20th or if you can get an early flight on October 21st the latest. All other guests can arrive any day between October 19th to the 22nd (if you can get an early flight - if not, please arrive on the 21st)

A valid passport is required for all guests traveling to Costa Rica. Please ensure your passport does not expire within 6 months of your travel dates. If you are traveling with children or have special documentation needs, please check the country’s travel guidelines.

Rehearsal Dinner: Semi-Formal Wedding Day: Formal - Tuxes or suits and long gowns or dresses The ceremony is on the beach so wear shoes that you will feel comfortable in!
