Hotel
We were able to hold a group of rooms at Springhill Suites which is about a 15min drive from the event location. There are a total of 10 rooms for Saturday (checkout Sunday) for those who may want to stay longer, and there are 20 rooms available for Sunday (Check Monday). So please reserve early. It is Chicago, and there are other options you can also utilize that we didn't set up also. Rooms must be booked by 08/05/21 to fall under the negotiated rate of $109/night. After that they open rooms back to the public for their hotel.
Travel Note
We will allow the option for those that prefer to wear a mask to wear one, but it is not currently required as of now. Continue to track the website for changes. Vaccines are highly recommended but also not required. Be safe during your travels.
