Although we would love to offer a plus one to all of our guests, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget and meet our venue restrictions. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
We love all of our friends' and families' children! However, with the exception of my niece Ellie Bea in the wedding party, this will be a kid-free wedding. We deeply appreciate the arrangements made to make this happen.
The closest airport to our venue is New York Stewart International Airport (SWF) in New Windsor, NY. The closest and most commonly used airport is Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) located in New Jersey.

Dress code: colorful black tie! Break out the tuxes and floor-length gowns — we’re going fancy for the night! Think elegant, fabulous, and ready for a great celebration.
Our bridesmaids will be wearing cabernet; you can wear any other color you'd like, as we wish for our bridal party to stand out! In addition, please do not wear white, ivory, cream, or a similar shade.
Our venue has on-site valet parking. There will be signs and attendants to assist you. Transportation to and from the Courtyard by Marriot Middletown Goshen will be provided-details to follow.
The ceremony begins at 5:00. Please do not arrive earlier than 4:30. If you arrive after the start of our ceremony, you will not be seated and will have to wait until after the start of cocktail hour.
All wedding events will be happening indoors!
No, we will be having an “unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras) for two reasons. We have been looking forward to this day for years. This is our opportunity to share our love with each other and with all of you, we want everyone to remain as present with us as possible. We also have hired an incredible team of photographers and videographers to capture this special moment for us and we do not want phones in the way. During cocktail hour and the reception, please feel free to take as many pictures and videos as your heart desires! We want to see all of your photos too, so please follow the QR code directions at your table!
The culinary staff at our venue is award winning and ready to provide an incredible meal experience! We will have a variety of delicious options to meet everyone’s dietary needs. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions, and inform your server at the wedding.
ABSOLUTELY! We will provide a full open bar with spirits, beers, cocktails, and wines! We will also have a coffee bar available for the duration of the events. We have waited a long time for this day so party accordingly!
Yes, we’re excited to see what our day looks like through your eyes! With that said, we hope everyone will be present with us and busy enjoying our day.
